Advanced Personal Contact Manager monitors your incoming and outgoing calls, emails and any other contact with customers. The interface works as a register in which you can see at a glance customer data, the priority of the call, the call status etc. This all helps you monitor the data and the history of the user and is intended to help improve customer service.

Advanced Personal Contact Manager helps you manage clients, categories, products, services and users. It's a great tool for keeping track of contact with customers because it keeps history of every email, call, client, issue and user. It has a series of detailed and summary reports and importantly for a call centre, it works very quickly in a multi-user environment.

For anyone interested in setting up their own small-scale call-centre, this is a solid application although not suitable for larger scale projects.
